We'll talk you through collecting the information needed to allow s to accurately give you a price to repair your computer, and a timescale. Free Telephone SupportNo matter where you bought your computer from, we're always happy to offer you a free telephone support service. You can talk to us about your problem and we'll tell you how to put it right, so you can either do it yourself, or let us do it for you. Remote Control & Support over the InternetIf you've got a working Internet connection, you can download a small program from our website which will allow us to connect in to your computer and diagnose or fix the fault for you. Our EngineersOur engineers are available most evenings after 6pm and before 10pm to visit your premises or discuss your problems over the phone or Internet. Internet Call-Out
Using the latest in secure, modern remote administration technology, you can allow us to connect to your computer to allow us to perform diagnosis and repair. If we determine that it can be fixed this way, we will request a payment of £30 before work commences. If we can't fix it you don't pay for itIf for any reason we are unable to fix your computer we won't charge you to do so, so that all that is payable is the call-out fee, if applicable. |
